The Website provides information about the residential property participation programme operated by Siampropfund Co., Ltd. and allows visitors to request a free, no-commitment consultation. The Website does not constitute an offer of securities, deposits, banking services or government-backed investment.
2. Eligibility
The programme is presented as designed for individuals aged between 40 and 65 years residing or holding interests in Thailand. Submission of the consultation form does not create any contractual obligation between you and Siampropfund Co., Ltd.
3. Risks
Participation in residential property projects involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital. Periodic distributions during construction depend on the progress and conditions of each project. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Regulatory status
Siampropfund Co., Ltd. is not a bank and does not offer deposit guarantees. The Website is not regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or the Bank of Thailand (BOT). Real estate brokerage activities are carried out under registration No. REB-2026-04812.
5. Intellectual property
All texts, photographs, logos and graphic elements on the Website are the property of Siampropfund Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
