Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Siampropfund Co., Ltd. ("Siampropfund", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data submitted through siampropfund.com, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand ("PDPA").
1. Data controller
The data controller is Siampropfund Co., Ltd., company registration No. 0105566041287, with registered office at 388 Sukhumvit Road, 18th Floor, Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@siampropfund.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the full name and email address you submit through the consultation form, the language preference of your browser, and basic technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) collected through cookies when you give your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your consultation request, to send you the project briefing you requested, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and — only with your consent — to perform anonymous analytics and improve our communications.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on (a) your explicit consent under Section 19 of the PDPA, (b) the performance of pre-contractual steps you have requested, and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and securing our website.
5. Data retention
Consultation request data is retained for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised. Cookie-based data is retained according to the lifetime stated in the Cookie Policy.
6. Recipients
Data may be shared with our hosting provider, our customer relationship management provider and our email delivery provider, all bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer personal data outside of Thailand without an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to dpo@siampropfund.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, access control, hashed storage of sensitive identifiers and regular security reviews.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with the corresponding update date.
